Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! However all customs, import fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer. We ship to USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa and some countries in Asia, Europe & UAE.

How much does delivery cost?

DOMESTICALLY: All shipping is calculated based on weight and will be determine prior to placing your order in the shopping cart. Shipping costs vary from AUD $7.50-$12 depending on the option you choose for delivery.

INTERNATIONALLY: Shipping costs will depend on your location, you can see the delivery costs once you have added the items to your cart and chosen your country for delivery. All customs, import fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (not including holidays or weekends), however, during periods of peak sales or promotion, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Australian Shipping

Standard shipping in Australia will take 3 - 5 business days. Express is 2-3 days. These dates are not guaranteed and can vary due to COVID-19, so you may experience some delays. .

International Shipping

Standard international shipping will take 10 – 18 business days depending on region and customs clearance. Please note there may be some delays during COVID-19 due to international shipping partners. All customs, import fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Depending on the shipping selected you may not receive tracking. If your order can be tracked you will be sent an email with tracking details for ARAMEX.
