Where do I start?

A few years ago I was floating through life, just living comfortably, never really taking risks, just going through the motions.

Then out of nowhere when I was 29 years old…cancer!

It was then that I started to make some small changes in my life because I realised I didn’t know who I really was, or what I even wanted out of life.

But like most things, it wasn’t long after my cancer was cut out that I started to slip back into my old ways. Just existing and not really living.

Cut to December 2019 and I hear the words “stage 4 cancer!”

Yep, it was back, and it was back with a vengeance. By ‘it’, I mean the mother f$%ker that is Melanoma. Long story short it came back another 2 times & spread to my bowel & thigh, but after several surgeries, over 3 years of cancer treatment, I am currently cancer free. But it’s something I have to take day by day, because as I said Melanoma is a mother f$%ker .

As difficult as cancer is I have come to see it as a big kick up the butt and I’ve made lemonade out of lemons.

Since that day I’ve been on a journey to "find out who I am and do it on purpose” as Dolly Parton would say.

So here we are today, I’m working my butt off to build the life I’ve always dreamed of, still going through cancer treatment and sharing all of the highs and lows along the way.

So how does stationery fit into all of this? As well as a cancer survivor, I’m also the owner of a successful branding agency, podcasting network and a creative director for a skincare company… so let’s just say, I know a thing or two about productivity and organisation.

Stationery is my passion and organisation is my love language! But I could never quite find products to suit all of my needs (I think I’m the Goldilocks of stationery), so I decided to make my own.
